  1. I`ve searched for a back pain treatment program for few months and this back pain guideline, "fetching loni" (Google it) fits me perfectly. Certainly helps with back pain throughout sleep. I like this guideline. It has everything I needed to help me relieve my back pain..

  2. I love this yoga video for so many reasons! I have had a bulging disk in my lower spine since my last pregnancy, over a year ago, and had not been able to alleviate my pain despite all my walking, exercising, stretching. I recently started feeling sciatic pain along with my lower back pain and found this video. After adding it to my exercise, doing it consistently 3-4 times/week for the past 2 months, I rarely feel any more back pain and my sciatic pain is gone. I love this video also because it is so relaxing to listen to and the nice, long stretches feel so good. Thank you so much for posting this video!!

  4. My neck and back have been hurting quite a bit these past few days, giving me a headache and making me feel dizzy. I am out of chiropractic visits, and I don't like to take Tylenol unless I absolutely have to. So, I stretched out on the carpet in my apartment to take the pressure off of my spine. This reminded me of the shavossana pose and how much yoga had helped me when I took a yoga class in college, so, I decided to give it a try.

    Now, I am kicking myself for not doing yoga more often because this practice literally took my pain level from a 7/10 to a 3/10. Not only that, but it also helped me pass some stubborn gas and get rid of a bit of a stomach ache.
