  1. I suffer from depression and anxiety which for me causes emotional over eating. I have lost weight in the past but, within several months old habits return. Any recommendations?

  2. Thanks as always, Sarah. I used to allow myself to reach a hunger level of one, then eat until I was literally stuffed to eleven. Now I am more balanced, and stay between three and six. I also eat slower now, and can more easily differentiate between hunger and thirst.

  3. This is the only guided meditation on video/CD I've found that will actually put me under. I've only been able to follow guided meditation if its one on one or group setting. I also teach meditation. You really speak to the energy body. Thank you!

  4. I wasn't expecting to feel such an intense pull ( I don't know how else to describe it!?) down. I was getting pretty deep and I could feel myself getting a little panicky as I was…giving in, I guess, and I ended up bringing myself back up a few levels. Any suggestions for allowing myself to go as deep as possible without getting scared? I'm sure it just takes practice?

  5. After a few minutes I stop listening but I'm not asleep. the first time i listened I didn't hear anything about weight loss food or diet. I only heard about relaxing but i knew when it stop playing. so weird and same thing happened the second time

  6. OK I couldn't feel my finger tips for a while and I began to get tired but I never fell asleep everything else was great but I kinda got little itches on my neck and couldn't resist scratching them

  7. I read in one of the below post you said "remember to listen to just one recording a day". Why is that? Do you mean don't listen to more then one different recording for example day 1 and day 2 all at once, or not to listen to anything more then once a day. I normally listen before bedtime and if I happen to have time during the day I try to listen again, getting in a small cat nap.

With a certification in hypnotherapy, I am only too aware of the additional talent in creativity it requires to be descriptive in a way that creates visual imagery than one can actually follow to accomplish the goal of DEEP relaxation. Great implication for my big emo self. Excellent! Thank you.
