  1. Exactly! Serving outside the self, and also being aware of self. Also, I believe healing means to face and confront past wounds vs avoiding it and escaping. Most people do the latter and it's sad, scary and pathetic.

  2. I don’t know if I am depressed or just sad. My mother just passed away from cancer and my father is very sick with kidney disease. If he doesn’t get a kidney he will die. Only thing is he has to wait 2 years because the removed one of his kidneys cause he had a cancerous mass. He had this done in May. And at the same time my mom was in the hospital. A month later she died. And now my dads condition is getting worse. If I lose my dad I will be all alone. I’m only 19 and have been through way too much. I think I’ve been depressed ever since my little brother Carson passed away from cancer when he was just 5. I was only 10. It was hard on me. I just don’t know what to do. If my dad dies I will probably end up killing myself. This has been just way too much for a kid just trying to start college in the fall. I just don’t know what to do. I’ve lost hope in everything. I just want my sorrow to end. I want it all to end

  3. This was very transformative for me. The video seems to have a strengthening effect. Recommend watching this over again for anyone who is lost in thought, stressed out and wants to get started on the path towards success.

  4. I'm trying so hard to get out of this "sunken" place and state of mind. My kids deserve a better version of me, but when I'm at my worse I feel like they don't deserve me at all and the best thing I can do is to disappear. When your motivation = your weakness it's hard to find that needed balance.

  5. Hitting the gym hard, loosing the weight got me over stress and depression. Physically challenge and push yourself to exhaustion, drink lots of water then you sleep deeply. You will be mentally, physically be ready to take on any challenge with relish, bring it on, I'll kick its butt

  6. I literally found this guy while battling with an emotional break down and deep depression. I’m in awe how his words stuck in my head. I took notes and almost instantly feel way better. This guy is amazing!

  7. I've been depressed for 2 years now married for 25 separated for two and the reason why I'm depressed is because my husband ran off with his best friend's wife now if that's not a cause for depression then I don't know what it is I've been doing the best that I can and now I'm not only have I received verbal emotional psychological but not Financial abuse from my husband all because of his best friend's wife that he ran off with 7 months after this home was but now we're in the middle of a divorce I've done everything for this man I've even legalized in the United States

  8. I focus one thing. Walk decrease depression not on concrete. This s my experiment. And gym also not help for depression. Just walking 3 hour. You will see. The result after hours. Stay away from smart cellphone and tv. Just walking help
