  1. "Human potential is not of any kind of measure limit. It can go as far as you desire, and as far as you have the courage to walk." – Sadhguru. Comment what you think of this interview! 🙌

  2. Wow, after watching this show for almost year, this is literally the first time Tom is like a kid in front of a teacher 🙂 Thank you for your unwavering desire to learn and sharing what you learn, Tom! Always appreciate it.

  3. Our society n culture is such that which is based on discrimination. We have been taught that something is good , something is bad , something is right , something is wrong, it is a pure division of brain, it becomes root of life , but the ‘’life “”itself is not division , it is whole , total . This is what mystics r trying to say , so how do we survive?? Because without brain you can’t create life around u or living around u ,it’s so much fearful to see or maybe figured out your life without brain ., hold on , this is what their mean ? No , absolutely no , they mean ,be the master of your own brain like the other part of your body or your property n use it like instrument, don’t follow your brain,

  4. Fears are like wounds.. it is like powerful injured animal .. when someone comes closer to it and it starts to cry with more pain and cause more uneasiness and more unpleasant feeling but when you reach very close to it then it suddenly disappears into mist like mirage into desert giving feeling of water and disappear when coming closer to it … then you understand that mind has created imaginary powerful animal where you do not want to go but it was unreal.

When someone watches to your fear or weakness, you starts to tremble or you might lose your nerves and it happened into same way when one wants to see his own fears because mind can not differentiate between you and others ,so for mind both are same.. So one avoids to see his fears.

Other reason why one avoids to see his fears is … when someone is only interested to search for good feelings or good joyful state or happiness , so one can not go to the field where one gets uneasiness, pain or challenge. This is reason one is running in circles and not getting to point. Mind can not go at same time in two directions , so if mind kept focused on happiness then it will avoid to go where stress, anxiety, challenges comes.

  5. ✨💗✨👌🙌 so you mean to tell me I'm not crazy at all! This has come naturally….wow a real human experience indeedy…. Wow I can focus on reprogramming the stupid thought of being indifferent… Yes this was definitely IMPACTFUL 👌✨👌🙌🤪🦋😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😆😆😆😆😌

  6. Why people pretend to understand everything??? I dont understand many things that sadhguru says. Many questions to ask… according to sadhguru, There is no heaven and hell, right? No religion is true? Right? Muhammad(sm) or Jesus Christ was wrong? Please give me some light. or tell me how can I contact sadhguru.
