  1. Good mesagge ! But , I have known people who have slept 5 hours every day , and sometimes 4 hours .however they became lawer , engineers, english teacher etc even me I am studying english AND tasting my exams really well. AND With 5 hours of sleep

  2. Science & spreading it is lovely but stating non-scientific hypothesis or theories as facts (such as we humans evolved from a different species) isn't, & it's worse when it's spread by an authority in a field of science.

    Mixing useful & harmful statements within a speech is like mixing nice food with something filthy that fell in it & then probably cooking it.
