This sleep hypnosis for confidence is based on my belief that true confidence can only come from both knowing and accepting self. Lack of confidence comes from the belief that we need to be different, and therefore we lose our confidence by second guessing what we should say or do. The second part of this confidence session focuses on taking back power from what others may impose on you to be or to do, or the role to fulfill.
