-What you call as a rock, what you call as the ultimate divinity is the same thing, but subtle;
-spiritual process means consciously taking yourself to the subtle.
-Without preparing your body, if you take this into very high levels of energy,
something can easily break.
-it’s always best that the system is prepared before big energies happen to people.
-That is the whole fundamentals of
The physicality of yoga.

  1. Though this is old video
    But today when I saw it I can relate this to cafe coffee day founder a billionaire committed suicide because he could not manage his small downfall. I wish he saw this video before killing himself. RIP Siddharth. Let it be a lesson for all of us. We did not gain or lose anything we just played with natures resources

  2. There is a cure kinda thing for that curse …it is the realisation that we will eventually reach there no matter what. This depression is similar in various other levels…a millionaire suiciding because he lost HALF of his wealth…total depression because you can't love anyone like your FIRST love…are examples. It's the depression of knowing there was something better and thinking you will never get it back…which is stupid in multiple levels…

    Omg I wrote this at 11:00 ….lol

  3. Christopher Hitchens wrote, "there is no eastern solution." I beg to differ. Tao, Buddishm, Zen – may as well be personal psychological sessions at the end of the day.

  4. When you fall back down to this realm and it now feels terrible. Let go of what you previously thought your life was. Start new like a rebirth with skills you accumulated in your "previous life". If you're feeling terrible it is because you are still holding onto that life and awareness which no longer exists for you. Over time one can find the strength to get out of that pain of holding on and finally start fresh in life.

  5. I am shocked…Thank u for uploading this video… Around 2pm today I sat down to do meditation after I finished… I heard this same words(13:00) u must make this system ready to receive such a big energy… I left that place now I know what to do… Thanks πŸ™πŸ™‡πŸ’•

  6. This is absolutely true, it happened to me out of my life situations, unknowingly and the body was not prepared and neither was my mind. I don't wish it upon anyone to have to go through unsustainably high energies the way I had to. I was lucky it didn't break me completely.

  7. If I understand this rightly, it would explain the discomfort and confusion a person might feel moving from the old stagnant ways into life flow where there is more energy. It is both beautiful ans scary! It takes time, observation and mindfulness to bring all this new dimension into focus and alignment. Yes?
