  3. Thank you Dona Omanoff for sharing that comment. I am aware of the induction technique, but it has been a mystery to some of my friends! I learned something similar from Dr. Brugh Joy many years ago for induction in meditations.

  4. Wow amazing meditation! I didn't feel my body in the end, all I felt was consciousness and one with everything. Even when the meditation ended I continued to just feel the consciousness as it was so beautiful, didn't want to leave. ❤️

  5. complicated mumbo jumbo imbued with fake science will never really help anybody . Itis much simpler/ you do not have to change you only have to open your focus of attention and use your full brain functions( see Les Fhemi's book THE OPEN FOCUS BRAIN)

  6. If your meditation practice continuously feels like a herculean effort, and you can’t stop thinking, analyzing, and wondering if you’re doing it right, you’re doing the exact opposite of what you’re trying to accomplish. That’s why I want to demystify the meditation process.

    The purpose of meditation is to slow down your brain waves and get beyond the thinking, analytical mind. What I want you to understand is that you already know how to do this, because you do it every day.

    If you can begin your practice with the understanding that all you’re doing is relaxing your body (just like when you’re falling asleep) while keeping your mind conscious and awake—and if you can continuously move deeper into this state of relaxation while focusing on nothing (or not thinking)—you’ve just opened the doorway between the conscious and subconscious mind.

  9. Wow, what an amazing meditation. Do I see me in the space around or do I see the Me in the space higher up. With the cervical pain I am getting, I was also able to go into the space between the tightness and was able to spread it out so pain was released and comfort was achieved. Thank you Dr Dispenza.

  10. I'm totally new to this. I think it has binaural beats. Whenever I listen to it I feel like my body is slowly getting numb. I get cold sweat and when he gets to the part wherein you have to focus on your heart, I feel pain in my heart as in literally. It felt like my heart muscles or heart in general since the heart is a muscle, is slowly being crushed. I never get to finish the meditation. I don't think there's anything wrong with the meditation. It's with the binaural beats that doesn't seem to work with me since I feel strange whenever I listened to anything with binaural beats.

  11. I don't understand the "space…..in space" Dr JD refers to in his meditations. What is he talking about?!? What space??? Outer space?! Empty space? What space?!
    I never know how to visualize this "Space" he is always referring to. "Can you feel the space your nostrils occupy….in space!" Whaaaat??? What does that even mean?! And why my nostrils of all things?? (in one of his meditations). "In the space between your eyes…in space!" What IS that??? I can't feel/visualize as one is supposed to, because I am so confused by this "space" thing! And so distracted by it. Heeeeeelp??

  13. I'm reading his books … meditation is to get beyond the ego … humanness… all of the thoughts running through your head …..go beyond the voice and focus on your body in that big space/time in the moment ………..#Thank you #Blessings
