This is a very delicate, early phase at the moment but here at Meditational State we thoroughly hope and believe that this audio track will encourage other audio teams around the world to develop similar frequencies so that in time it may help develop the human abilities of telekinesis.

This video is solely aimed at this specific power of the human mind, however if other effects eventually occur instead of or including a form of telekinesis e.g. telepathy or other undiscovered abilities found within the mind, we would encourage people to leave comments below so that we ourselves may take notes of these profound occurrences and so that others can learn from your experiences which we hope you will share together.

Feelings of general happiness, love and positivity and even euphoria have already been reported early on even when this audio track was listened to only once, and this was only during the development stage so we are naturally very eager to see if this develops into what we hope would be a revolutionary breakthrough in human science itself.

Those who possess the ability of telekinesis can manipulate matter with their mind. Telekinesis is one of the basis of many superpowers that are based on “controlling/manipulating”, and may evolve to the point that a Telekinetic can control anything at a subatomic level.

Listen to this track as much or as little as you feel comfortable, either sitting or lying in a settled position. We always recommend using headphones for optimal results, however this is not essential.

  1. Day 1: I just started listening with headphones, and practiced with a paper, I kept practicing and it moved just a little, I’m making progress, and I’ll report again soon

    Day 2: Practicing again, I can move bigger papers across the desk, so I’m making some progress, tho I still have struggles, my head hurts in the front but I’m choosing to ignore it

  2. i tried it for about 35 minutes and at the end i felt a slight shock on my lower left chin. I also felt a slight shock through both of my arms. I also in the middle of it saw some of my paper slightly move. This is the first day I have tried this and I feel very relaxed so I will try this for about 20-40 minutes every day and I will update on how it goes

  3. Hello everyone,
    I believe tk exists and that where all on a path to the ether or after life,.. I'm very opend minded… but I can't seem to relax as the thought of the universe and mobious strips enter my mind. I try to follow a thought but end up opening my eyes feeling scared/ overwhelmed,.. I think I may be over thinking but at the same time relaxing,.. I'm not in need of help for this meditation, but just referring to others that may be feeling the same way,..
    Good luck to all trying to achieve a subconscious trate of thought,.. remember nothing is impossible.

  4. Omg this is fricking scary so my fan was on and the strings that you pull to make it stop. They were moving back and forth and the I focused on them. Five minutes later they were shaking violently. This is real.

  5. First time I listened to the whole thing. Normally, I just listen for 15 or 20 minutes at a stretch.

    I've gotten to the point, where I can slowly spin tin foil back and forth inside my clear glass vase from 20 feet away, in public. This latest was accomplished in front of my friend and coworker while we were eating out at Taco Bell before going back to work, moving for this client. That must have been just a few days ago. Before that… I had only done it from about 7 feet away.

    I do a lot of other things to help develop this ability. Look for my related comment below; where I explain that.

    My next goal is to move a ping pong ball out in the open air on my kitchen counter. I think I saw it vibrate once; but wasn't sure. It can be frustrating when you've been so successful in one area; and then you pick something else to focus on; and you return to being a total beginner! But, I believe that the combination of listening to this, and almost daily practice has taught me to tame my inner panther. Frustration becomes less; and I'm able to breathe and simply witness. I'll be putting up a You Tube channel that focuses on this ability, shortly.

  6. From listening to this, it feels like my third eye is pulsating (no pain, feels like someone's touching it but each beat they apply a stronger force onto it.) Is this a sign that its working?

  7. I appreciate the video you guys put out. Don't know if it is helping or not; but it seems to have significantly sped up the results I was getting with both psycho and telekinesis.

    I just got done reading, Sean McNamara's book, "Defy Your Limits"… where he teaches you how to move tin foil from an appreciable distance. He outlines 4 phases of this process. The culmination of which, has the telekinetic sitting across the table from a piece of folded tin foil, suspended on a needle embedded in something, sitting under a glass jar or bowl – and then causing fairly good, controlled movement from a complete standstill.

    He tells the reader to have a lot of patience and expect each phase to take a lot of time. The fourth phase taking the most time out of all of them. Something like 9 months to 2 years or more. But, I was able to accomplish the beginning of phase 4 in about 2 months' time. This is credited, I believe, to a combination of actions I took that were specifically in line with what my intentions for TK were. One of those actions has been to start listening to these brainwave frequency modifier type You Tube videos on a regular basis… every day if I can. I stared that about a month ago; so about halfway into the two months that it took to get to phase 4.

    Additional things I've been doing in concert with the above mentioned:

    I've been drinking refills of reverse osmosis water from Whole Foods for about 2 months now. I'm eating a lot of celery, lately, as well. I stopped brushing my teeth with regular fluoride toothpaste. I meditate on a daily basis for about 25 or 30 minutes… the first part of which is to work on very deep breathing. I do a yogic exercise called alternate nostril breathing. I belief this helps to balance the energies flowing up and down my spine, through my chakras, and going to, or through my pineal gland. I've done some sun gazing. I practice phase 1 of Sean Mcnamara's prescribed TK practice for 15 minutes; and then set the timer for 30-45 more minutes for phases 2 and 3; and sometimes 4. I practice with a piece of paper and cardboard spinners, as well. I sometimes practice with a $5 or a $100 bill. And I try to practice on a daily basis. I keep a written journal of that practice… sometimes not entering anything in for days at a time; but this journal seems to remind me of what I've accomplished – and keeps me excited to experience even greater things.

    I'm at the point, that I can move tin foil suspended on a needle, embedded in non drying clay, under a glass vase. Sometimes from a few feet away. I've been getting better at doing it out in public; but that can be extremely difficult – to block out the 'noise' from other people… their disbelief, chatter, conversations with one another, and other sounds.

    However, my meditation nearly every morning and sometimes in the evening, has really helped me to learn to focus my mind, and become calm and centered even in a very chaotic environment.

    My next self-prescribed task will be to eventually move a ping pong ball from a standstill. I just want to cause it to shiver or vibrate or shake, at this point.

    It's funny; because you want to do all these amazing things; but you have to start out really, REALLY small. And then you have to commit yourself to doing those seemingly inconsequential things over and over and OVER again, until you hit another level of accomplishment. Then, the process starts all over again. But just like in the martial arts; you should never forget and never stop practicing the basics. It's having a firm handle on the basics which will eventually allow you to do that amazing stuff in the future. At least, that's how it's been in my own experience.

    I had to learn to overcome impatience and frustration with my own mind. Sometimes things wouldn't even move, or I would intend for a specific direction of spin; and the harder I did that; the more it would spin in the OPPOSITE direction!

    Life's funny. You can't take this TOO seriously. You have to realize that you are building neuronal and possibly even bodily connections over a large amount of time. It's both the repetition of complete focus and intention, along with consistency of practice over a long period of time, that will eventually net you the kind of power and control that you are hoping for.

    One of the things that I 'see' right before something moves, is a gradual increased shaking of everything in my visual field. Sometimes. But sometimes, what I see or appear to see is the energy of the object wafting in one direction or another. If I relax more at this point… the object usually begins to move.

    Somehow, I've been able to, at times, keep the mental connection; and then moving away doesn't seem to affect the power or the speed of the motion in a bad way.

    Great to read these comments. Great to see that people are out there experimenting with their perceived limits; and attempting to push them. Good for you! Awesome.

  8. I listened for 15 minutes (side note ever since I was little if someone was behind me I could sense them) and my sense is going crazy it feels like there is someone right behind me and its weird I don't know can someone explain it please.
