Start by getting in a comfortable position, lying down or sitting. Headphones are required. Play at a low comfortable volume and just let your mind wander. This meditation has benefits for anyone but also contains very specific frequencies treating Parkinson’s Disease. This is designed to stimulate the brain and relieve symptoms. This is not a cure, however, there are many studies showing this is an effective treatment. There are no negative side effects.

Studies also show two cups of coffee (containing caffeine) a day, helps as well. Other studies show it’s helpful to eat mostly fruits and vegetables with Parkinson’s Disease. Vegetables are high in fiber which is very helpful also. Exercise is another important factor. Get as lean as possible, (in a healthy way) There are boxing classes for all ages designed for Parkinson’s Disease and many people across the country are having great results. Also, avoid CLF light bulbs (LED are much better instead), and filter your water with a decent filter. Avoid flu shots. It is important to have a primary Physician however, once diagnosed try visiting a Holistic Doctor. Listen daily.
