It is essential for our health & wellbeing to take a few minutes each day to cultivate mental spaciousness to ease the mind and achieve a positive mind-body balance.

I’ve dedicated the month of May to busy bee’s like me with my Mindful (Minute) May Mornings. Each day I email a simple, 1-minute mindfulness exercises to empty your mind and find some much-needed calm amidst the madness of your hectic day. Each exercise takes very little effort and can be done pretty much right then & there.

We just have a few days left and in these final days we’re going to play around with adding in a few more minutes each morning to see if you are open to adding a little more time in.
