I sit ease myself into an ice bath and focus on nothing but breathing in and out of my nose while my body adjusts to the freezing water.

Great for reducing inflammation in the body and helping your muscles recover. Also great as a form of meditation because you can’t focus on anything but breathing while you struggle to keep your body under control as the freezing water hits.

  1. Hi I don't know if you read the comments but did you know mcdonalds gives out free ice just take a container with you and asked them to fill it with ice for you it saves you money :-). Also I have been meditating for a wile now and it's better to imagine a fire growing from your core and warming you up it helps you stay longer and strengths the mind. Mind over matter over time your breathing will slow yet your body will not suffer frostbite. Fun fact did you know meditation helps lower your risk of developing mental illness.
