  1. I suffer from lower back pain. I've tried all sorts of stretches, including being on my knees and arching my back, and none of them help. This video, however, brought instant relief. So happy I found it. I'm beginning to understand that my lower back pain stems from ultra stiff hips, not my back itself.

After I did the L shape pose/stretch I felt like a different person. that one in particular seems to really pinpoint a problem area because I felt so much better after that, it was quite odd voodoo. haha ? anyway thanks again.. your soothing tone is Pleasant to listen to and you actually seem to have a genuine care in your voice for what you do!

  3. Hi what positions/stretches would you recommend for a gal that is dealing with pudendal nerve pain in the pereneium, lower pelvic possibly pudendal nerve entrapment?

  4. These stretches are great. That pigeon is hard and hurts but, wow does it feel good after. It has really helped me with my low back pain. I'm in the car all day for my job and always have low back pain. This video has helped me greatly. I even showed them to my chiropractor. The breathing tips really helped too.

  5. ive had years of pain and stiffness i hit the gym but at 47 i have just realiesed without streching yourself back to normal your doomed i am a fan thankyiu so much just this first ever strech has helped so much

  6. DAMMM my back pain actually went away! Works like a charm! I couldn't follow her postures(especially pigeon posture, I couldn't even copy it 40%) but it worked! I will do this every time it hurts from now on. Thanks!!!

  7. Don't know if coincidence, but ever since I've been doing just the first stretch in this vid twice a week, i no longer feel a decade long lingering pain in my lower back. Other things that may have helped are squatting low (just a stretch, weightless), and the strengthening of my posterior chain muscles.
