Mel Robbins is a married working mother of three, an ivy-educated criminal lawyer, and one of the top career and relationship experts in America. Widely respected for her grab-’em-by-the-collar advice and tough love, Robbins drills through the mental clutter that stands between people and what they want. Her approach is smart, effective and entertaining. Five days a week, Mel hosts her own syndicated radio show The Mel Robbins Show, discussing hot topics and giving advice to callers across America. She is starring in a new series, In-Laws, airing this summer on A&E. In addition, she writes a monthly column for Success Magazine, is a former CNBC contributor and is the co-founder of Advice for Living, Inc., which develops products and television programming with experts in the wellness, health, relationship and career categories.
Most nights, once the kids are in bed, you’ll find Mel at home with a bourbon on the rocks and her Australian Shepherd at her feet, writing about life, love and everything else on her award-winning blog: www.melrobbins.com

some good advice, but a commercial teaching nevertheless. dinosaurs ๐ hehe. she also loves NASA ๐ maybe she is a comedian…teaching the unawake to use their common sense, at least that. this "knowledge" should be thought in kindergarden.
question YOUR world. create your OWN thoughts.
Just do it = TEDx

I watched this and I'm no longer a screw.
This is just the pep talk I needed at the moment, thanks so much!!
Most of the content is irrelevant. Yes you can loose weight , gain weight etc etc. but not other stuff if you have issues. Does she know about ADHD?
Wow
Mel you are a total entertainer. Loved your speech, the content, the delivery, the wisdom in it. It is going to be my personal commitment to put, what you just said to action. Will keep you posted on the progress

@Tedx Why is married working mother of three the first thing about her? Do you introduce your male guests the same way? Mark Zuckerberg – married working dad of 2. Honestly, just imagine. Please take note and edit this.

Dammit, my inner drill Sargent liked this video.
The number read 400 billion… not trillion….
She has so mutch fire to change my Life!! I love her Speech!!
''How to stop screwing yourself over.'' the title says.
Well, for starters i first read a lot of the comments before i watched even a single second of the video.
The outcome when doing it the other way around isn't full proof but it feels so much better when the video sucks.
(And it saves you a lot of time.)
But in this case the jury was out regarding the comments, so i watched.
Uptil the 8th minute.
What a waste.
You're still sitting…..
Awesomeness ๐โค๏ธโ๏ธ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ฆ๐

Gosh! I needed to listen to this again! ๐ค
When I was little I was bad I hated my self. I was horrible to my mum and I always was sad or mad or annoying someone. I wanted a new life because all day I would go to my room and cry and cry and cry non stop, I wanted to die. I still kinda feel like this now, I was so mean to my siblings my mum and my eldest sister. I try to be happy but that dosent work so I just paint a smile on my face and go to class. This is what I want, I want to be happy and not be mean to other but I cant because theres this little voice telling me to do it that might sound crazy but its true soo Ims till tryna find how to stop that voice .-. …………..
Isn't it 400 billion
Put this on my watch later list, went 6 months without watching it… ironic.

My humble thanks to you. ๐
