Meditating is an untapped resource for so many, either they’re new to it or feel as though they’re not getting anywhere. I hope to give you a few techniques in taking the pressure off of trying to reach a certain state of being when you meditate and to encourage the practise of mindfulness and meditation in the way it should be done.
