  1. How very true. You never manage stress. You manage your well-being, your happiness, your family and loved ones. Outside circumstances, be it people or events, are essentially a reflection of your behaviour within. 99% of us always fail to realise that, including myself, as it is very, very easy to put the blame on anyone and anything. Never mind Politics or Media. We need to change ourselves from within and we need to do it now.

  2. We give shrardha to our fore fathers on Amavasya day every month. We also give thithi on the death thithi annually to the deceased parents. As we believe in rebirth and the Anma is immortal, then the anma takes a rebirth and lives in another body. Therefore the anma does not recognize the children or the relatives in the previous birth.   3. It will become an other piece of information if you don't stop gathering the teachings. The Eastern wisdom has no doubt about the company of wise men who have gone beyond manifestation and abide in the source of life. The best course is surrender to Sadguru and be with him, drink his presence, clear your doubts and follow his instructions. Until you realize which is BV beyond the body and mind, don't leave BV him. His patience and compassion is enormous, be receptive so that he can flow through you.
