  1. These kids are too young to really understand the significance of the topic. Kids like fancy, funny, or glamorous talks, which this one isn't. This is a serious talk that can only have meaning to adults, especially those who have been through some sort of serious illness.

  2. interesting how serendipity works! and my life is one serendipitous moment by moment now! as soon as a thought comes, and often this happens without even being aware that the thought is coming, life presents the results to my ideas! wow ~ life is good here in Medicine Hat. i now know and experience living in a world that does work for all! all is One and hey, i am glad to be here now with You! thank You thank you thank us! All ~ love hro

  3. Hi.. I m exactly going through this fibromyalgia along with depression which creeps in and off.. Making me feel really sad and negative plz suggest me way out.. I m totally lost even after doing meditation, yoga and other positive things.. My situation is worst at present.. Help!

  4. Could anyone recommend any online therapist. Regression therapist. I can't get rid of my stress headaches. I don't really know what the underlying cause is. It is affecting my health.

  5. I never recognise myself in a mirror, even when I was a small child I thought I was so someone else and my family wasn't my family. Not that I was better at all, just didn't belong to them.

  6. I just LOVE this talk – this young lady, and how everything she said connected, with not a dull moment. She spoke extensively, yet every moment was absorbing, interesting, informative and educating. I've listened to MANY ted talks – luv em, hers is terrific. I so believe what she has to say, because I have healed myself many times, and truly believe most of our problems are more in the mind than we realize. Our minds are powerful, please don't mess them up with drugs and alcohol – it only makes us less able to do or perform the miraculous thing we can. Peace & Blessings.

  7. I'd love to see a kitchen untensils video from you guys…which brands you prefer. And what's the deal with plastic knives for fruits and veges, wooden stuff, etc. And, what ever happened to a Markus-brand high-speed blender? Thanks!

  8. OMG she explained why I have been sick. I have been under stress and stress causes inflammations, and sickness. wow. She's awesome. I have been through some life situations but if I need them go, stress goes away and therefore no inflammations and I will be better. I wonder why this talk is flagged. TEDx must be influenced by medicine. If you listen to this woman, you can heal yourself and you don't need doctors. I don't trust conventional western medicine. It does not prevent sickness. It only treats you. If we can prevent illness, we don't need doctors. I don't think doctors want people to not need them.

  9. A time will come when you will find yourself all alone and helpless. Then if you are lucky, you will find god. Once that happens, there will no longer be any pain, sadness, fear, distress or disease. You will be free and one with the universe. You will no longer hate anything or anyone. You will be at complete peace and always focused on the present. The past and future will cease to exist. It will change your life forever.

  10. Well we've been through the same experiences and suffered the same diseases only I'm still climbing out. Yes I have chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia and I got type 1 diabetes at age 55 and as a vegetarian since 1980. I've had massive stress. I'm still here but when you mentioned the woman you were talking to that couldn't move her neck, that's where I am. I've been to physical therapy numerous numerous times and I'm not getting the dizzy spells that I was but I can barely move my neck at times. Yes I went to therapy for 2 years and had hypnotherapy but it seems to have dissipated somehow. I will try to replace Rose traumatic events that have caused PTSD to be so powerful in my life. I've started with my diet as a raw vegan this year but my weight was going to low because I couldn't afford all the raw foods needed to sustain a healthy diet so I've had to go back and forth a bit and eat a little cooked food. Cooked food causes more inflammation or at least that's what I was told so it does. I believe everything you said and know it to be true because it worked once in the years 1995 and 96.

  11. Love this talk. Dana's onto something when she says that the body can heal itself.
For 5 years I've been going around praying for sick, hurting people …..and they heal. Sometimes healing is immediate, sometimes it can take a while.
I prayed for a woman with chronic pneumonia. She could only take short, shallow breaths, her lungs were full of phlegm. For over a half of an hour I prayed. After asking God for help I'd say things like, "Lungs clear! Pneumonia die! All the systems of the body synchronize, renew, refresh, restore, heal, go back to you original DNA design!, Do it NOW!! Acid state -neutralize! Prions disappear!!" I'd say stuff like that again and again, like pounding with a hammer of words……. Every little bit of time the lady would let me know she was feeling better and better. Incrementally her symptoms were going away.¹ Then suddenly she gasped. Then after taking in a very deep, deep breath she exhaled saying, "Ohh my God! I can breath, I can breath!!".

    It was AWESOME!!!!!!!! And AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Immediately afterwards the woman never even coughed again. Her lungs completely cleared, color went quickly back into her skin too. She was like new!
    It was craaazy!
In the Bible it says to trust God and pray, and to not be tired of praying. To knock and not be tired of knocking. Do it. It works!!!
The important thing is to TRUST!!!
For 5 years I've been praying like that for people, and over myself. I can tell you many, MANY amazing stories of healing. I've seen really wonderful healing experiences every day for 5 years, since someone prayed over me that way. I'll NEVER stop praying that way for anyone who needs it!
If you need prayer tap on my pic, then the gear.

  12. Wonderful but it is just Dianetics with a hypnotic technique, more than half a century after! :p
Warning: ALWAYS ASK A CAMERA TO FILM IN REAL TIME THE SESSION, a person who practices hypnosis can completely control your life For The Better but for the worse too because hypnotic injonctions can make you do anything including things you would be agree to do if you would be aware of it. So with a cam and/or a witness you may control that. In any way, I would rather recommend techniques were the patient stay aware all along the process.

  13. I WAS SO EAGER TO LISTEN TO THIS WOMAN TALK ABOUT THE HUMAN EXPERIENCE AND HER "EXPERTISE" ON HUMAN MIND AFFAIRS BUT AS SOON AS SHE STARTED SAYING THAT WE ARE BORN WITH AN EMPTY SLATE AS EMPTY SPONGES WITH WITH NO PAST (ITS IMPLIED) I COMPLETELY GOT TURNED OFF!! PSYCHOLOGISTS ARE AMONG THE WORST PEOPLE THAT BELIEVE THEY HAVE THE ANSWERS TO YOUR MENTAL PROBLEMS WHEN THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE THE ANSWERS TO THEIR OWN. MS. DANNA BANANA, YOU NEED TO READ A BOOK CALLED "THE PSYCHE AND ITS HUMAN EXPRESSION" BY JANE ROBERTS VIA SETH. THEN REDO YOUR TED-X PRESENTATION.

  14. Facing your feelings moment to moment without judging yourself or other heals. Feelings arise to be felt not to be pushed away or acted on. It's all old conditioning coming up to protect you and you can't stop it. If you don't feel your feelings and emotions, they become things in here or out there. You either attack others or they come up inside as illness. It requires courage because some traumas are very deep. Be kind to yourself. Don't judge others because everyone is playing out their conditioned mind. Deal with each situation moment to moment. Addictions are also a way of numbing unconscious/unfaced pain/trauma. Healing addictions and compulsions permanently means facing your wholeself completely.
