Sometimes you just need a deep chest opening, restful yoga practice to help you heal and recover. This Restorative Yoga will open your back, chest and shoulders. Great for when you are congested with allergies or cold/flu or feeling a bit blue. Lots of supported poses for deeper breathing and heart opening.

Props Needed: 3 throw pillows, 1 bed pillow, 1-2 blankets, and 1 beach/bath towel – optional eye pillow.

  2. I got my Lucy love yesterday!! I wasn’t sick nor congested but had a headache and we had to go out last night so felt this would be just the ticket. And it was. Felt, well restored! That Lucy really was something. She seemed to be everywhere (and on anything) that you needed at the moment. She is your soulmate.
