While the now popular ‘mindfulness’ is a marvellous tool for calming the mind, it is actually about being mindless, not #mindful because it is still escaping from, or disengaging from, the issue of the human condition.
Ultimately we conscious humans needed brain food, not brain anaesthetic. Meditation, prayer and chanting all calm the troubled mind and soul of humans but they don’t address and solve the agony of the human condition. Being able to understand the human condition is what REALLY allows humans to accept and be non-judgemental about their pain and TRUELY be calmly mindful and aware about their life.
