The four elements are earth, air, fire, and water. Grounding your energy and connecting to the four elements can help you relax, soothe anxiety, and remember your role in the bigger picture. This quick meditation is less than five minutes long and can easily be done during breaks from work, before bed, or any other time when you need to remember to breathe.
