  1. I believe that I get the idea that what ever comes up is meant to be there so we can live through it for the collective. My confusion comes in, when it is about making a choice in what direction we go. Or is there none, because what ever is there is supposed to be? So if we sit in front of the TV all day long and experience boredom, that's what we are meant to do?

  2. this is such a powerful video and feels so true to me, well done Matt all I can say is thanks for doing what you do. You are freeing me from a life of physical pain agression and endless answers and disappointment. huge love to you God bless x

  3. are you saying that when we do this practice, we also can immediately transmute our own pain? for example, if we believe we are safe to feel the pain in our body, and we let ourselves feel it, that pain will then lessen? – as well as the world's pain lessening? please can you clarify that! ty for video

  4. Wow! I love this! But now I have to ask…. The old dudes who sit around fuming, ruminating and seem to be actually attempting to explode their own heads with anger in front of, let's just say, Fox News ( lol!!!) are they like the spiritual special forces???

  5. Thank you for your work. But where does the emotions and thoughts that need to be cleared even come form? I mean if for 1000 years we are clearing reincarnation after reincarnation, where is the origin of the things we need to clear?

  6. I had to rewind the first part a few times to understand what he meant about feelings coming when one is safe to feel them… Then, it hit me: when my brother died, I cried a little at the beginning, but then I didn't feel anything for several weeks. During that time, my other brother and I were in charge of getting the memorial service together and dealing with the ex-wife and our grief stricken parents. I was NOT safe to feel those emotions in those moments, so my body didn't present them. A few weeks later, something completely unrelated happened that suddenly opened the floodgates, and I cried and cried and cried some more. Our bodies are amazing that way. I suppose from now on, I will more consciously trust that when an emotion comes up, my body IS safe to feel it, even if, in society's opinion, it is not convenient.
