  1. Earlier today when I was donating plasma I was trying to meditate with your meditation video from last week to lower my pulse rate so I can donate. I struggled to meditate in the car so I ended up going inside to donate. The pulse rate was slightly too high, so as I sat there for 10 minutes before I was re-tested, I put in my ear buds to listen to Mozart and meditate. The whole time I heard your voice from the video in my head telling me to just "be in the moment" and aware of my surroundings. I could hear and feel the energy of everyone around me, the coins clinking in the vending machine, and feel the hardness of the chair I was siting in. This helped me to lower the pulse rate by 5 beats per minute and allowed me to donate. Watching this video, I have to agree that meditating when you really don't want to is absolutely right. I fought it in the car but gave into it while I was in the 10 minute waiting period. Just thought I would pass this along to confirm what you said! Have a great week Michele!

  2. could i ask, you see i have a nap at times and i will put peaceful guitar or piano music while i nap but then i thought about where there's these special meditate music on youtube but i didn't feel relaxed with that, the sound is like someone on the keyboard with synthesizer sound but playing it it a large hall, i find it eerie lol like your exploring a tomb and not know what's around the corner. it's probably good for visualising while the earthly eyes are shut but for me i prefer guitar or piano or even nature sounds but not that echo synth sound lol

  3. there's something ive noticed this year is where so many have gone off path and gave up. i remember questioning it alot as some of these people have had 30 plus years of being spiritual and then that's it stopped. i kept sort of saying in my mind out to spirit or the universe why is this happening and i saw a video earlier about the dark night of the soul and how this will be a hard bumpy ride for everyone, all this inner preparation and where there's isolation, endless wait, confusion, increased anxiety, it's all symptoms of the ascension process but it has frightened and terrified people away, ive noticed that. i don't think there's much support and togetherness with this process, you almost question the spirit's or e.t's behind the recent channelled messages. it's annoying because they are observing us lol but it's like i feel for the people and it's a test even for me to try to see what is really happening on a bigger picture level. perhaps the pace of the process is too fast for most people to handle.

  4. Just found your awesome channel Miche'le. I try to meditate daily…love your reference.."unplugged". So, so true. I plan on meditating twice a day next year while I am on my epic journey. I will be thru hiking and v-logging the Appalachian Trail, beginning in February of 2020. I am retired and 52 years old and I believe strongly, that meditation will help as you say.."shift my energy" from my thoughts about what I'll be hiking each day…to how I will see my hike unfolding. I just subscribed, liked, the whole nine yards. Thanks Miche'le!

  5. Hi Michele, meditation is something I have never tried. I will look into your meditation links it might help me at the moment. As I said in my last video I like listening to flowing water, weather its sitting by a river or on a beach, which is really nice. Even the fish tank is good too. I feel the water helps carry things away , thanks for another lovely informative video.

  7. My husband is into meditation. He start at 1pm since we are both retired. At 1pm he meditate in our room for 30min to an hour. He also meditate for 15 before breakfast. in our garden. But for me I just do yoga. I am ok with thaT Thank you for sharing.

  8. Perfect time for me to be viewing this video. I had a really sore throat yesterday.. so sore.. aghhhh and today I rested all day… all day.. and processed thought quietly… I NEVER DO THIS!
