This breathing meditation for sleep and progressive body relaxation is specifically for anyone who suffers from anxiety, stress and ongoing worry or who habitually take on too much responsibility and find it difficult to unwind.

There are some gentle reminders towards the end that you do already do enough, to be kinder and easier on yourself and to help clear the mind so you only take on what really needs attention and what is your responsibility, not the responsibility that belongs to others.

There is little to no imagery used in this particular meditation as the goal is to get you back to the here and now and reconnect to your body.

  6. everyone I try someone comes in the room and distracts me! I'm sad.. but for the small bit I am free, I'm not stressed! but it does help before people interrupt it

  7. This hypnosis works even if my native language it is not english? I mean, after I sleep, the subconscious will understand the words and accept them, or only will accept them, but not understanding them, because there its not the conscious mind awake to make the analyze of the words?
