However, that time machine can also entrap us into a time of our past that can free or enslave us in the moment also if used properly. In some instances, like for example, one remembers a moment within the lucid dream of a nightmare of a person chasing you down the rabbit hole and you remember that from a distant past life. Find out how the mind could be like a time-machine and a memory album that can lead one to remember all the lessons learned in life and how to tap into that reality so that one can reach enlightenment.

Description of the Dzogchen Meditation Week 8
Now as the dawn of the gods have reigned upon the dead and the dead have not recognized it, now the time comes where the dead will experience the terrifying images that are from the gods through the multiple limbs and the loud sounds of power coming from them. Through practicing guru yoga and kundalini, one can look beyond the veils of terror and learn to recognize that all things within and without are awareness of the mind. If one realize this, one will reach enlightenment in this very life.
