The Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat provides an immersion experience into the daily practices of a yogic lifestyle.   1. Breath is an experience in consciousness. The breath that we can't hold on to, it is impossible to hold on to any experience because all experience is rising and subsiding in awareness or in consciousness. All experiences are spontaneous.
