Dartmouth Undergraduate Journal of Science (DUJS) Fall 2011 Event

The Dartmouth Undergraduate Journal of Science (DUJS) hosted its Fall 2011 DUJS event on November 30 at 6pm in Silsby 028 at Dartmouth College. The theme is “MythBusters.” Professors Roger Sloboda of Biology and Thalia Wheatley of psychological and brain sciences spoke about their research and common misconceptions (“myths”) in their research area. There is also a hypnosis session at the end!

It was a very successful event! Many thanks to Alice Pang, DUJS President, who organized the event with the help of Derek Racine, DUJS Managing Editor; Diana Pechter, Public Relations Officer; and Andy Zureick, DUJS Editor-in-Chief. We would also like to thank Jay Beaudoin from Dartmouth Media Productions for the videotaping of the event.
For those who couldn’t make it, we hope you enjoy this videotape of the event!
