This morning I was able to create a training session combining:

*High intensity sprints

*Meditation

*Powerful breathing

*Visualization/intention

…all in one.

Someone hit me up yesterday about my “Morning Routine For Badasses” blog post and it was in the back of my head as they asked how they can implement it without spending 60-90 minutes on it.

Give this a shot.

It took me exactly 25 minutes, that’s it.

HOW YOU START YOUR DAY…defines everything.

Sprinting is the most primal of movements and adding the above to it will make you super-human.
