I'm working on a series of addiction and craving recordings which I am excited to share with you in the upcoming weeks. These will work together with this release so that you have more tools available to deal with cravings in the moment and to go deep and retrain your brain to let go of food cravings and addictions. I'm working on scripts for:

    – sugar addiction
    – alcohol cravings
    – gluten / carb cravings
    – aversion therapy for any one particular food
    – retraining the brain to dislike any food where there are allergies or intolerances.
