Binaural Beats Meditation: 55hz for Kundalini Awakening

Kundalini is a Sanskrit term used to describe a powerful force that contains endless wisdom and strength. Every human on the planet has their own kundalini, although it usually remains dormant at the base of the spine. When activated, it rises through the chakras and can bring amazing gifts, such as increased physical strength, psychic intuition, healing power, universal love, and deep wisdom.
Kundalini can’t be forced to awaken, but you can take some steps to help inspire an awakening, and listening to certain frequencies is one of them. This video contains 55hz binaural beats, which are said to help promote a kundalini awakening. Headphones are required to receive the most benefits, but you can simply use this track for everyday relaxation or background music for a yoga session as well.

I experienced a spontaneous kundalini awakening in 2008, and it was one of the most powerful experiences of my life. It was triggered by meditating while looking at some beautiful high-definition pictures of the earth. I experienced intense physical strength and high levels of energy, and this was the start of a new chapter in my life that brought great travels, adventure, romance, and a lot of important lessons. Since, my kundalini has sometimes been awake and sometimes dormant.

It’s important to understand that kundalini isn’t some magical thing. It’s a natural part of life, and while an awakening can seem to give you superpowers, you shouldn’t aim to constantly have awakened kundalini. There is a burnout phase, and you will need to go through times where your kundalini remains dormant. This is true for any form of spiritual growth. Accept that there will be times you go through amazing awakenings and times you feel more “normal,” and that’s okay. Growth always happens in phases with rest in between.

Yoga, exercise, healthy eating, positive mindset, and prayer all seem to lead to more active kundalini. You can also support healthy kundalini by keeping your chakras in balance. I have one chakra-balancing meditation so far, which is for the root chakra.
