  6. Hi Leo, Is there any spiritual relevancy to meditation i.e connecting with a universal consciousness/out of body experiences? I'm feeling really conflicted by all the information out there. I'm already meditating but I'd like to know your opinion on this because if there is a universal consciousness that then proves other spiritual concepts such as karma and manifesting. Thanks!

  7. I really like the vibe in your old videos, warmer and more calmed. In your new videos, lets take year 2016 you seem more confident, competent, but also a little bit more cold, and agressive, somethimes, even nihilistic. At least that's how i percieve it sometimes when i go back to some of your old content. Although i do appreciate the new stuff as well, but sometimes i feel its harder to digest. Maybe because it is of a more advanced nature.

I used to mediate and it was beautiful and peaceful but for 3 whole years I just can't anymore. too much happened in my life and I worried meditation would make me too peaceful aka blind to it so I stopped, but now that my life is ok I want to start again and somehow just haven't been able to reach it again …

  10. Meditation is such a powerfull thing (especially mindfulness) that its curative by itself . They should be teaching this in school and universities . All people with panic attacks depression even psychosis can be benefited to the point of cure . My unkle had schitzophrenia which is not curable and I SWEAR he is normal now . Of course in his case it took 5 years or something along with drugs but even he made it . I aint gonna drop meditation ever from my life (i have anxiety issues) but already my panic attacks are gone and its just so amazing to live freely little by little again . Thank you leo !!!

  11. P.S I meditaed once a day for a full week, but it is not easy, I feel come, but bored, and tend to fallow a sleep. THIS VIDEO gave me full perspective and the otivations which go with it.  BARDZO DZIEKUE 🙂

I have been meditating for the best part of 2015 as I had been very depressed for years,I know it takes a while to feel the benefits but my depression is now gone and I am so grateful for your help Leo,I'm 50 but 28 in my head, but my doc says my diabetes is so well managed he doesn't need to see me for 2 years.I have also been eating a plant based diet but now every morning I jump out of bed (the bed I used to ly in all day crying) so I have the house quiet and to myself so I can meditate.Also my pain from arthritis has reduced so much too.Its such a pity that some people just don't know how beneficial it is cos I didn't, gain thank you Leo. X
