  2. This was a challenging/powerful practice which I enjoyed. However, I feel it was a tad bit too fast. I feel it would have been more enjoyable if it had been a bit slower. Loved the sound of the waves. Namaste

  4. I am not new to yoga but CLEARLY not as advanced as I thought. ๐Ÿ˜ณ wow! This is a tough one. Now I gotta keep coming back to it til I can actually do it all lol. Not so sure Iโ€™ll ever be able to do the move with the leg out to one side while the arm stretches to the opposite side since I have metal rods in my back but Iโ€™ll try. Lol.

  5. Hi Kassandra, Happy New Year! I do your beach HIIT workout many times and just wonder if you could do another one for variation. When I first started I struggled alot and while I still find this challenging (but i can do a bit more stuff) I would love another HIIT yoga option. I have found it great for my running – as it has core work, arm strength and leg strength with stretch. I sometimes do your beach HIIT yoga and then follow up with your intense Yin yoga. Thank you for your new workouts as well I cant wait to try your 1 hour flexibility flow for hips and hamstrings – Charlene
