What is Brain Entrainment?
Brain Entrainment is a way to stimulate the brain to enter a specific state (Gamma, Beta, Alpha, Theta, Delta) by using sound, light or electromagnetic field. Brain Entrainment audio uses a combination of Isochronic, Monaural Tones and/or Binaural Beats to stimulate the brain. Isochronic Tone uses a single pulsating sound (no headphones required) and Binaural Beats uses 2 different tones in each ear that produces a third tone that is heard (headphones required).
Monaural beats are derived from the convergence of two frequencies within a single speaker to create a perceivable pulse or beat (no headphones required).
Gamma: 28Hz and up: Fastest Brain Waves; associated with fast information processing, ideas, language, various types of learning.
Beta: 12Hz – 27Hz: Awake State; mental state of most people while awake. Associated with energy, concentration, emotional state, Attentiveness.
Alpha: 8Hz – 12Hz: Semi awake state, like when getting up in the morning. When closing eyes your Brain starts to produce more Alpha waves. Associated with meditation, relaxation, self hypnosis, mental reprogramming.
Theta: 3Hz – 7Hz: Extreme relaxation or light sleep. Associated with learning, deep meditation, subconscious dreaming, emotions.
Delta: 0.2Hz – 3Hz: The slowest Brain waves. Deep sleep, HGH release, low blood pressure, low Body temperature.
