► If you are new to this type of audio brainwave entrainment, find out how isochronic tones work and how they compare to binaural beats here:

This is a more intense ADD/ADHD music session when compared with my other ADD/ADHD Relief track. It is designed to speed up your brain while keeping your left brain hemisphere dominant. This is good for increasing concentration, attention and reducing emotional response and hyperactivity.

You can watch the Electronic version of ADD/ADHD Intense Relief here:

Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) are usually characterized by “slow-wave” EEG patterns, particularly in the left frontal region. This session stimulates the left brain hemisphere with a much higher frequency than the right.

Note: Each brain hemisphere controls the opposite side of the body. So to stimulate the left brain hemisphere the frequency is played in the ‘right ear’, and to stimulate the right hemisphere that frequency is sent to the ‘left ear’.

Both ears start with the 10Hz frequency, then ramp up until the 15 minute mark. At this stage, the right ear (left brain hemisphere) receives 40Hz for an extended period, and the left ear (right brain hemisphere) receives 14Hz.

Headphones Are Required

As this session stimulates each ear with a different frequency, you do need to wear headphones to get the full effect.

I’ve re-created this session with 7 alternative background sounds, all available on Mp3 at the above link.

– Beach waves
– Electronic
– Forest sounds
– Guitar
– Orchestral
– Thunderstorm
– Just tones (no soundtrack)

You can use this track to help provide some relief from the symptoms of ADD/ADHD, and as background music for a study aid.

NOTE: It is not recommended to listen to this while driving, operating machinery, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Who Should NOT listen to this audio?

Those who should not listen to this video/audio include: Those who are prone to or have had seizures, epilepsy, pregnant or wear a pacemaker should NOT listen to this video/audio.

WHY? There is currently insufficient research data in this area, so as a precaution, if you are among the categories listed above, I would recommend you consult a doctor or medical professional before listening to this video/audio.

  1. i know this video is old but i'm listening to it and it helped me get a test that would usually take an hour or more done in 20 minutes!!! is it bad to listen to this repeatedly, or for longer than the allotted 25 minutes? i have a lot of work to do in a short period of time and my ADD is very bad today

  2. this music wont do all that much for people that dont have adhd or add because they dont have any chemical imbalanve the only thing that this could do for you is stimulate or brain depending on genera and intensity; so you'd basically be listening to this for no reason when you could listen to other music and enjoy that more/ normal music

  3. Dear Jason,
Thank you so much for all of the gifts in your Youtube Channel. This is the best help I've found online for helping me study and focus. It is helping me so much. I hope life gifts you with mega blessings and karma points for this excellent channel.

  4. I'm having a bit of trouble hearing the isochronic tones behind the orchestral score on my headphones here, Jason. Is there a version with only the beats, or if I equalize the sound to turn up the bass would that help at all? Or are my headphones just crap? Can everyone else hear the beats behind the music?

  5. Jason, this means a lot to people like me with ADD, and I am so thankful that you have done this. I have been able to focus and do the things I want when I listen to this soundtrack. When I say "this means a lot to people like me", I really mean it. Thank you again Jason, I appreciate it.

  6. The music is absolutely amazing. I'm listening to this right now as I am putting the finishing touches on an assignment that is due in 30 minutes. I have suffered from ADHD all my life (I am turning 19 in three months now), and even taking Adderall cannot help me stay focused all the time.

Thank you for posting this. It is absolutely beautiful, and it has helped me stay focused for the past 12 minutes… Something that would be very difficult for me to do.

  7. thank you sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much

  8. around 15 minutes into this track and I've felt the suddem urge to cry.. I dont know why? I've tuned into this bc my mind is a BIG CLUTTER right now and I've felt super emotional while listening to this… how is that possible?

  9. Big fan of Binaural beats, Isochronic tones, rifes, hypnosis etc and use them daily for healing of the body and soul. But could not seem to find anything that was really helping my ADD nor could feel any effects while listening.Came across your track and not only could I feel the effects on the mind and the receptors trying to figure out something new or send messages.I also felt from the top of my spine and shooting up to the top right side of my head intense tingling at the n beginning.Very excited to continue and see some change.Thank you very much!

  11. Um the after effects of this are crazy. If anything I feel more balanced it afterwards even more than I do while listening. or maybe i'm just realizing it idk first time listening this is so strange
