1 Mindful Breath: Meditation is Medicine

I, alongside, the rest of the human race ((they just don’t know it yet)), am starting a MOVEMENT! It’s called Download Movement. A movement to come back to our breath as a practice. This is the daily medicine that is needed in our world and it costs nothing, and is easy, and can be done together with others or alone.
