What are Brainwaves?
Billions of brain cells called neurons combine together to form a brain. Neurons communicate within our brains to cause emotions, behaviours and our every thought. And, during this communication between neurons, brainwaves are produced.

Some specific amount of electrical activity in the brain takes place due to signals sent by those millions of neurons. Medical equipment called EEG “electroencephalogram” can detect this electrical activity. And, this electrical activity occurring in our brain is called Brainwave pattern.

Our brainwaves change according to what we are feeling and doing and we can actually control over them. We can train our brain to change our brainwaves by learning and applying relaxation and meditation techniques. But, it is quite hard for most of all and it may take weeks or years to achieve those verified powerful benefits of brainwave entertainment by the meditation alone.

There is other best, effective, short-cut method to synchronise and entertain our brainwaves and that is by using an audio tone called “binaural beats”. What are the benefits of modifying our brainwaves?
The default and dominant brainwave is the beta brainwave pattern for most of us for most of the time. We consciously stay alert with this brainwave. We are in Beta when we feel afraid, hurried, tense, pressured, stressed and agitated and this frequencies range from 13 to 60Hz.

We can switch to another brainwave like from Beta to Alpha by slowing down our brainwaves patterns. This benefits us to keep our brain ideal for both optimal performance and super learning.
